Engineering Design Team

Engineering Design Team was first initiated by designing and manufacturing production line machinery. The following represents a summary of the team’s activity:

• Reverse engineering
• Preparation of 3-dimensional computer models - kinematic and dynamic analysis
• Explosive view – assembly view with all the details - detail view for machinery operation - providing sizes and quality control data required for complex parts
• Preliminary and complimentary design, with all required details, by computer
• Extraction of the standards of the manufactured parts as well as all the data associated with quality items as per referred standards
• Design and compilations of quality control assessment forms required for production lines
• Design and development of equipments and quality forms required for line of production, to benchmark manufactured parts against referred standards

The production line machinery designed and developed by this team are currently functional.
